mmm... 3 hours of studying at the library... fun stuff 4 tests in one day for no hw over labor day weekend... it might be worth it, but i needed that brain for the tests tomorrow. 2nd week of school and my brains already fried... i'm looking forward to the rest of the year already
This had been my first post in months...but i was just wondering something. How much does a logo add on to the value of a piece of clothing? I mean if i took a perfectly normal... say 10$ shirt, slapped on a seagull or a moose onto it messed it up a little bit how much does the price go up? And if i picked up a pair of jeans... stained it a tad and tore it up but sewed abercrombie into the back what would its price be? Becuz seriously all that crap is worth at most...about say 15$ for a shirt and maybe 30$ for a pair of jeans, but under a different logo all that stuff suddenly becomes about 2 or 3 times as expensive. So how does one word or symbol somehow cost about 30 dollars? that's like insane...I 'm not saying it's wrong or nething, i mean i do own some clothes from abercrombie, i'm not saying i don't...but all i own is a shirt and a pair of jeans. I don't understand why ppl would shop there copiously for stuff, that's just illogical. But in our society do the clothes we wear determine our self worth? is that why a few strands of thread on a shirt can boost the price of a shirt by so much? Are we so desperate for a place in the crowd that we would throw all we have into some clothes? I'm afraid i don't understand that mindset... o well
First match of my season! It was a JV match but a few freshies got invited including me. Yeah basically me and my dbls partner played two matches and rocked our opponents 8-2, 6-2... but they were like on the lower tier so it doesn't really matter... but still me and dennis were playing pretty well and the second team we played used australian formation on us... it was pretty awesome
Lucid dreaming is so interesting... but sleep paralysis is so terrible. I just had my frist lucid ream and in my transition from my normal dream to lucidity i got sleep paralysis and it SUCKED. Iono if it was possible or i imagined it, but it felt pretty realistic. A weight on my chest, inability to move and there was this wierd sensation like a shock passing through my body top to bottom. It was pretty scary, but i got off easy, apparently some ppl hallucinate in sleep paralysis... that would be so freaky, but my dream was wonderful... simply cuz it was lucid haha
